Elevate Data is a crucial building block in the Elevate repository, designed to provide robust data visualization and reporting capabilities for data collected through other Elevate capabilities, namely Projects, Mentor, Observations, and Surveys. Elevate Data focuses on transforming this data into actionable insights in the form of dashboards and visualizations, enabling stakeholders such as program managers, state admins, district officials and session managers to make informed decisions.

Overview

Elevate Data Reports are implemented as a reference framework configured and managed by users in the Super Admin role, featuring Admin, Program, State, and District dashboards. These dashboards deliver comprehensive insights tailored to the needs of various stakeholders. While this implementation focuses on the education domain, the dashboards can be customized and adapted for other sectors, such as healthcare, to meet their unique requirements.

Dashboards	Description
Admin Dashboard	Accessible to users with the Report Admin role, this dashboard provides a holistic view of data for all programs, enabling drill-down capabilities across states, districts, blocks, and clusters.
Program Dashboard	Tailored for users with the Program Manager role, this dashboard offers insights specific to their assigned programs, with drill-down access across states, districts, blocks, and clusters where the programs are implemented.
State Dashboard	Designed for users with the State Manager role, this dashboard delivers information on all programs within their assigned state, providing state-level drill-down insights.
District Dashboard	Available to users with the District Manager role, this dashboard focuses on program data specific to their assigned district, offering detailed district-level insights.
