Setting up the User Service

System administrators can set up the user service to include the following user management capabilities to the application:

  • Create and manage users and roles.

  • Configure a capability to upload a list of users to the application.

  • Configure notification templates for the following user workflows:

    • When administrators onboard users to the platform.
    • When users are assigned roles.
    • When users sign up on the application.
    • When users' request for deleting their accounts are accepted.
