Manage Organizations

After creating organizations, administrators can manage the organization's details and users.

How System Administrators Can Manage Organizations

To carry out administrative functions in the back end such as updating the organization's details, organization administrators must do the following:

  1. After receiving the application's link through email, organization administrators must sign up on the application.
  2. Using APIs, log in to generate an access_token.
Get Organization DetailsBefore updating organizations, organization administrators must obtain organization's details such as organization ID.
Update Organizations

Organization administrators can update an organization's details such as name and description.

Get User DetailsTo deactivate a user, organization administrators must obtain the user's details such as ID.
Deactivate UsersAfter obtaining the user ID, the organization administrator can deactivate accounts of users who have left the organization.
